    We build a working preview of your site before you sign anything. You see it on your own phone.

  3. Proposal and deposit

    One page: tier, setup fee, monthly plan, and the launch inputs we need from you. Every price is plus sales tax.

  4. Content and approvals

    You send logo, photos and account access; we write the copy and you approve it. The launch date goes in writing the day we have everything.

  5. Build and staging

    The full site on a private staging address. You review, we fix, you approve.

  6. Launch

    We move it to your domain, run PageSpeed three times, record the scores in your handover notes and hand you the keys.

Six guarantees, in the contract's own words.

These are the short forms from Schedule A of our agreement. If a short form and the Schedule differ, the Schedule controls. We never guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, sales or revenue.

A1Launch on time, or your setup fee back
Your launch date goes in writing once we have your content and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you can have your setup fee refunded in full.
A2Speed you can check
Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch. If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days.
A3Yours, in writing
Your domain, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
A4Every web lead answered within 60 seconds
Every form and chat lead on your site gets an automatic reply within 60 seconds, day or night. We only promise it after we time a live test on your site.
A5No long tie-in
After the minimum term, your plan runs month to month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice.
A6See it before you pay
